How do I log in for the first time?
Your travel provider must enter your email address into the travel reservation at the time of processing. If you are a new user, AirWEB Express will send an email to you containing an activation link. Click the activation link or copy and paste the URL into your browser to activate your AirWEB Express account. You will be prompted to set your password and set a secret question and answer.
Once your account is set up, you can log in and navigate to your itinerary/invoice by clicking desired traveler name and then clicking desired itinerary/invoice.

What should I do if I never received an email containing an activation link?
Contact your travel provider to verify that he or she has entered your email address correctly in the travel reservation and/or to reset your password if necessary.

What should I do if my activation link is expired or invalid?
Once you receive a first-time user email containing an activation link, you must activate your account within 3 days. If your activation link has expired, click the Forgot Password link on the Login page and enter your email address. AirWEB Express will send you an email with a new activation link.

What should I do if I forget my password?
Click the Forgot Password link on the Login page and enter your email address. AirWEB Express will send you an email with a new activation link. Click the activation link or copy and paste the URL into your browser to reset your password. You will be prompted to answer your secret question and set a new password. If you have forgotten the answer to your secret question, contact your travel provider to reset your account.

What should I do if I forget the answer to my secret question?
You must answer your secret question in order to reset your password. If you have forgotten the answer to your secret question, contact your travel provider to reset your account.

What should I do if my account is locked?
After 2 failed login attempts, AirWEB Express will warn you that your account is about to be locked. To avoid locking your account, click the Forgot Password link to reset your password. After 3 failed login attempts, your account will be locked. Once your account is locked, you must contact your travel provider to reset your account.

How do I change my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the Forgot Password link on the Login page. Otherwise, log in to AirWEB Express and click Change Password under Account Settings in the right navigation pane. You will be prompted to enter your existing password and then set a new password.

How do I change my secret question and answer?
Log in to AirWEB Express and click Change Secret Question/Answer link under Account Settings in the right navigation pane. You will be prompted to enter your existing password and then set a new secret question and answer.
